Dear DeLuca Families,

I hope this letter finds you enjoying the beginning of our new school year. This year’s Meet The Teacher Night is Wednesday, September 10, 2025 - please arrive early as presentations will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

Below is an overview of the night’s agenda:

6:00pm - 6:30pm: Teacher Presentation - Kindergarten; 1st Grade; Bridge1; STRIVE (A-D)

6:00pm - 6:30pm: APR - 2nd Grade; 3rd Grade

6:35pm - 7:05pm: Teacher Presentation - 2nd Grade; 3rd Grade

6:35pm - 7:05pm: APR - Kindergarten; 1st Grade; Bridge1; STRIVE (A-D); 4th Grade; 5th Grade; Bridge2

7:10pm - 7:40pm: Teacher Presentation - 4th Grade; 5th Grade; Bridge2

7:10pm - 8:00pm: APR - Anyone with a conflict due to back to back student presentations

6:00pm - 8:00pm: APR - AIS/ENL/OT/Speech/MH/Special Area (Art, Library, Music, PE)

Please be mindful of the session times. Families should attend a minimum of two (2), thirty (30) minute sessions: Teacher Presentation AND an APR Presentation.

For example: 

1st Grade; Bridge1; STRIVE (A-D) families attend the 6pm Teacher Presentation for Kindergarten and go directly to their child’s classroom. At 6:30pm - these same families then go to the APR Presentation to meet with our content and support service specialists. They will provide an overview of Title I, academic, and social/emotional support services. 

2nd and 3rd Grade families go directly to the APR Presentation at 6pm and then go to their child’s classroom for the Teacher Presentation at 6:30pm.

Note: If you have more than one child, attend the Teacher Presentations… an APR Presentation is available  

Please refrain from asking staff specific questions about your child. Presentations are public and not meant for private, confidential conversations. Teachers will inform you about the upcoming schedule for Parent/Teacher Conferences. If you have an immediate concern, please let the appropriate staff member know, and they will schedule a meeting as soon as possible.
