High School Students Teach Water Safety to Fifth Graders

Mrs. Pellagrino’s fifth-grade class was recently visited by a group of high school students who delivered an important presentation on water safety. The visit was part of a civics project for the high school students’ AP Government class. During the presentation, they shared essential water safety tips and demonstrated the proper steps for administering CPR to someone in need. The fifth graders learned the correct procedures to follow, and several students even had the opportunity to practice the steps themselves. It was an informative and engaging experience for everyone involved.
