Celebrating International Dot Day!

Students spent the week learning, creating, and having fun with Dot Day! Inspired by Peter H. Reynolds’ book The Dot, Dot Day encourages children to be creative, have the courage to try something new, and make their own special mark.
On September 15th, students and staff wore dots to help celebrate! Throughout the week, Mrs. Bzdyk taught students about Peter H. Reynolds and the history of Dot Day during their library classes. In art, students worked with Miss O’Brien and Miss Kampson to create their own colorful dots. All of their dots came together to create a fun and colorful display celebrating creativity, courage, and making your mark!
It was a fun week filled with creativity, courage, and lots of dots!
